  1. To provide support to women and youth groups through capacity building, employment creation, access to credit and improved livelihood.
  2. To provide training for women and youths in peer mentoring, peace building and leadership for enhanced participation in governance.
  3. To improve the health status of women and youths through training, family planning, HIV counselling and testing and introducing enhanced nutrition to women populations.
  4. Facilitating town hall and stakeholders meetings in order to engage policy makers, opinion leaders/ moulders on policy issues, gender inclusiveness and policy implementation.
  5. To establish in-school and out-of-school support groups to enhance continuous training, feedback and early warning signs on climate change, epidemics and communal conflicts for conflict prevention and surveillance of outbreak of diseases.
  6. Provide home based care and support to vulnerable women, the aged, youths and children on HIV and domestic violence through Trios members’ Health Advisory Centres.

  1. Organized 3 Days workshop in partnership with National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) held at Queen Elizabeth Secondary School, Ilorin, Kwara State for 2 counsellors each from 18 secondary schools on the challenges of drug abuse and addiction among youths.
  2. Organized 3 Days workshop in partnership with National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) held at Aunty Bose Group of Schools, Shagamu, Ogun State for 2 counsellors from 20 secondary schools on the challenges of drug abuse and addiction among youths.
  3. 5 Days workshop for 25 Peer Educators and Counsellors on Drug Abuse, Counselling and Peace building in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
  4. One day Peer Mentoring/ Leadership workshop for 30 Student Union leaders in Babcock University, Ilisan Remo, Ogun State.
  5. Campaign to women groups and over 45,000 in-school and out-of-school youths on Peace education, Drug Abuse and HIV/ AIDS (all states of activities).
  6. Daily family life counselling, conflict resolution and HIV/ AIDS testing and support at the secretariat and by over 30 volunteer members operating Trios Health Advisory Centres.
  7. Conducted field research of 1,000 in-school and out-of-school respondents aged 16 to 25 years old on Drug Abuse and its role in family life and conflict situations.
  8. Established 18 Peer Mentoring Clubs in secondary schools in Kwara State and 8 secondary schools in Ogun State.
  9. Advocacy to promote Girl Child Education in 3 LGAs in Kwara State (Kaiama, Edu and Pategi LGAs), Support for Girl Child Education in Northern Nigeria (SGENN) project funded by Oxfam/ Novib.
  10. Organized stakeholders’ meeting on Mental Health held at Michael Imodu Institute for Labour Studies MINILS, Ilorin on 10th December 2012.
  11. Building own camp for trainings and retreat on 50 plots of land at Amoyo/ Kabba Owode near Ilorin, Kwara State.
  12. Established 45 Health Advisory Centres run by health professionals in Kwara State.
